Rapattoni MLS Setup for New and Existing Portals

Here’s how to configure new leads in Rapattoni portals.
 
** After reading this guide, you should create a test portal for yourself. So that you can verify that you’ve setup everything correctly.
 
First, enter the 10 digit cell phone number of your buyer somewhere on the Contact Name line.
 
 
 
Next, enter alerts@mlstextalerts.com in the CC field.
 
 
 
Next, select the checkbox on the auto-prospecting section.
 
 
When the Auto-Prospecting Scheduler window opens (and this is important), make sure the frequency is set to Immediately. Then click the save button.
 
 

Make sure the email prospect option is set to yes.

Then make sure the email CC option is also set to yes.

Click the save button at the top of the screen.

Here’s how to add alerts to existing clients.

First, locate the client by selecting menu option My Contacts-> Contacts/Prospects.

Then, click on the name of the contact and follow the same steps that were used to create a new contact.

Remember to click the save button.
